Will I be charged for cancelling a ticket?
You can cancel your ticket within 2 hours of booking and pay no cancellation fee. However, if you cancel your tickets after 2 hours then the standard cancellation policies/restrictions for the ticket type will apply. If your ticket is a mix of ticket types then the conditions for those ticket types will apply to each section of the split ticket, and that determines whether you’ll be offered an exchange or a refund. You can check ticket conditions in the "My tickets" section of the app.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on your reason for cancelling the ticket. Currently, for all refunds related to Split Tickets you’ll need to submit your claim online at: https://virgintrains-refunds.fastrailticketing.com/
Can I cancel one part of my split ticket?
You may be able to cancel just one part of your split ticket, but you'll need to check the specific conditions for that part of your journey. You can check ticket conditions in the "My tickets" section of the app.
Can I get compensation for delayed trains?
Not through the app - you should contact the train operator that caused the delay directly and use their Delay/Repay form.
