Delay Repay - Link to Train Operating Company Compensation Forms & Information Follow
If you have used your ticket to travel and arrive late at your destination due to a cancelled or delayed service, you may be able to claim compensation. Delay Repay is a nationwide scheme that makes it easier for you to get compensation for delayed train journeys. Compensation can only be processed by the train operating company that you travelled with, and not where you purchased your ticket from.
