How do I buy a Railcard with Virgin Trains Ticketing? Follow

Buying a Railcard is simple!

You can buy your Railcard in the Virgin Trains Ticketing app or through the website and it must be added into the Virgin Trains Ticketing app using a download code.  We only offer digital Railcards.

If you are in Virgin Trains Ticketing app, go to Account > Railcards and tap "Purchase a Railcard". We sell most National Railcards — when you find the Railcard you wish to buy in the list then tap "Buy Railcard" and you will be taken through the purchase.  Unfortunately we are not able to offer the Veterans or Disabled Persons Railcard at the moment. 

You can't buy a Railcard from elsewhere and then add it to the Virgin Trains Ticketing app but you can still use Railcards purchased elsewhere to get a great discount on any tickets purchased through Virgin Trains Ticketing .

You can't add our download code to the official Railcard app.
