How do I get my ticket? Follow
eTicket
If an e-ticket is available for the journey you have booked then you will be able to select e-ticket. Your e-ticket will be saved in the My Tickets part of your app and you can scan the code on your screen at the barriers during your journey (or the ticket inspector will be able to scan them too).
You will also be able to change the delivery option from eTicket to Collect From Station but bear in mind this may increase the price of the ticket if you have selected a ticket with a special eTicket discount attached.
You can save your ticket to your Apple or Google Wallet.
You will receive a booking confirmation and copy of your ticket by email.
Collect from station
You can collect your ticket from any station with a ticket machine
Tickets are available for collection 10 minutes after booking (but you can't put a booking through if there are less than 15 minutes until the train departs)
Can I collect my ticket from the person behind the counter?
No, you should collect your ticket from the machine at the station.
