How do I claim points for orders I made before opening a Virgin Red account? Follow
If you have opened your Virgin Red account using the same email address* you used when making your guest train bookings, your points will automatically be awarded to you upon opening your account. The system will award the points for all bookings made within the last 7 days.
Unfortunately we are not able to award points where more than 7 days have elapsed from the date of booking.
*Please note, we are unable to change the email address made on previous bookings
