If you or someone that you're travelling with needs help with things like getting on and off the train, we’d recommend booking assistance as far in advance as possible.
You can book help, arrange a seat reservation, or reserve a wheelchair space and find out about facilities and accessibility by contacting the train operator or carrier you are travelling with. If you’re not sure who your train operator or carrier is, take a look at your ticket’s details in "My Tickets" on the app (select the relevant ticket and select "Journey Details").
