My e-Ticket/QR Code will not scan. Follow
If you are having trouble scanning your QR code please take a look at the tips below:

Increase the size of the QR code on the device to maximum.

Clean the phone screen, make sure the surface is crystal clear, free of dust/scuff marks.

Change from landscape to portrait

Remove from phone case and place as close as possible to scanner, try different angles

If sunny and outside e.g. train station, cover phone with hand whilst its being scanned

Increase brightness/contrast on the device - test different settings
-
Travel with printout of the pdf ticket as backup
- Last resort, show the QR code to the vendor or station gate supervisor.
Should the station scanner/reader be broken please speak to the station gate supervisor
