If you wish to change your date of travel or the station you are travelling from or to, you will need to buy a new ticket and apply for a refund on your existing ticket. There will be a £10 administration charge payable per ticket for exchanges and refunds. This will be deducted from the refunded amount before it is sent to you.
For tickets bought on the Virgin Train Ticketing website, please visit the “My Orders” section of your app to see if your ticket is exchangeable and follow the instructions. Tickets bought from station ticket offices must be returned to the place of purchase and changed there.
