You can cancel a ticket within 2 hours of purchasing it without charge providing it is unused. If you want to cancel your ticket within 2 hours of purchasing please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or between 7am and 10pm please ring 0333 241 9128 - email is usually quicker!
After 2 hours the administration charge for cancelling, amending or refunding a ticket is £10 per ticket. Unfortunately we are not able to waive this charge unless your train has been cancelled.
If your train has been delayed then you can claim compensation from the Train Operator that caused the delay.
