You can cancel a ticket within 2 hours of purchasing it without charge providing it is unused. If you want to cancel your ticket within 2 hours of purchasing please send an email to vttsupport@virgin.com or between 7am and 10pm please ring 0333 241 9128 - email is usually quicker!
After 2 hours the administration charge for cancelling, amending or refunding a ticket is £5 per ticket (reduced 1st April 2024). Unfortunately we are not able to waive this charge unless your train has been cancelled.
