You can cancel a ticket within 15 minutes of purchasing it without charge providing it is unused. If you want to cancel your ticket within 15 minutes of purchasing please send an email to vttsupport@virgin.com or between 7am and 10pm please ring 0333 241 9128 - email is usually quicker!
After 15 minutes the administration charge for cancelling, amending or refunding a ticket is £5 per ticket, but it remains at £10 for an exchange in line with the National Conditions on Carriage terms. Unfortunately we are not able to waive this charge unless your train has been cancelled.
