These types of ticket can be refunded online for a fee.
For tickets purchased by 23:59 on the 31st of March 2026 you have 28 days from expiry of the ticket to request a refund. If you have a mobile ticket and it has already been activated, you can no longer claim a refund on that journey.

Any refunds requested on the day of travel for these ticket types will now be rejected unless they are due to cancellation or disruption of the service you planned to travel on.
Tickets purchased prior to April 1st 2026 will continue to be refundable under the rules in place when they were purchased.
