What is the quickest way to get a refund?
If you have just made a booking to travel today:
- If you are requesting a refund for a booking traveling the same day and making the request within 15 minutes of booking please email vttsupport@virgin.com
- After 15 minutes please complete the automated refund form below
If you have just made a booking travelling on a future date:
- Please email vttsupport@virgin.com within 2 hours of booking to get the full refund
- If after 2 hours please complete the automated refund form below
